Payment and prices

All prices are current and may change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including fees for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.

Payment methods:

PayPal

We offer payment via PayPal for a fast and secure checkout. When selecting PayPal at checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal’s website to complete your payment. You can pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit card.

Important Information:

• Your order will be processed once the payment is confirmed.

• PayPal’s terms and conditions apply to the transaction.

• Refunds will be issued to the original PayPal account used for the purchase.

• Additional PayPal fees may apply depending on your country or currency exchange.

Klarna Checkout

Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible and safe for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you can easily identify yourself and you can choose the payment method that suits you best. First you confirm your purchase and then you choose how you want to pay. Either with a Klarna invoice or a Klarna account - or with a card or bank transfer. Everything is just as safe.

Terms of payment are also stated at checkout under the payment options.

Your card issuer may charge interest or other fees under the terms of your card agreement. 

 

Deliveries and returns

Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners. 

Shipping costs:

99 SEK for deliveries outside Sweden. The delivery time differs between countries. The usual shipping time in Europe is up to 7 workdays. 

49 SEK for deliveries in Sweden. The delivery time is usually 1-3 workdays. 

Terms of delivery are also stated at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Returns are made at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed incorrectly. You have the right to return ordered goods without stating any reason. You regret your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order. The items must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in it’s original box. Returns should be sent as a letter or package.

Once we receive your return we will refund your payment as soon as possible or no later than within 30 days from the day we received the item. Any shipping costs and additional costs issued by your bank will not be refunded.  

Privacy Policy

When you place your order, you need to provide certain personal information. In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act (PUL), you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. In that case, contact us by e-mail. 

Odelberg Malmqvist may also use cookies, for example in order to improve your experience of the website.

 

Warranty

We offer a two years warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects. To have a replacement covered, please contact us at: hello@odelbergmalmqvist.com.
